Inside the facility
EADECO Plant I is Eadeco’s dedicated quilting and mattress protection facility in Chemor, Perak, Malaysia. Production runs on DNQ and MNQ multi-needle quilting machines, ultrasonic bonding and an overhead hanger conveyor, with padding fibre produced in-house so filling and quilting stay under one roof — giving OEM and ODM customers consistent loft, repeatable stitch quality and shorter lead times.

High-speed multi-needle quilting for comforters, quilts and toppers, holding stitch density consistent across full-width panels.
MNQ Quilting Machine
Multi-needle quilting for patterned quilt panels and mattress covers, supporting complex designs without losing loft.
Ultrasonic Bonding
Stitch-free ultrasonic welding for mattress protectors and toppers, producing clean sealed seams with no needle holes or thread.
Overhead Hanger Conveyor
Automated overhead transfer between quilting, cutting and sewing stations, cutting manual handling and keeping panels moving in sequence.
In-House Padding Fibre Line
Padding fibre produced on site, so comforter and topper filling is made and quilted inside the same plant.
