Does Eadeco offer recycled and sustainable materials?
Yes. EADECO NonWoven produces Kenaf and Reloop upcycled fibre padding, Reloop recycled fibre is also used for upholstery and cushions, and Eadeco is certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (Recycled) and Better Cotton Chain of Custody.
What fabrics does Eadeco work with?
Eadeco produces bed linen in cotton, sateen and microfibre, including fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers.
What fillings are used in Eadeco pillows and comforters?
Pillows and bolsters are filled with Eadeco's own carded fibre, and comforters and toppers use padding fibre produced in-house at EADECO Plant I, so filling and quilting stay under one roof.
Can Eadeco ship mattresses compressed or roll-packed?
Yes. DIGLANT Manufacturing produces pocket spring, foam and pillow-top mattresses that are vacuum-compressed and roll-packed or boxed for shipping, which cuts freight volume for export.
Can Eadeco manufacture to our own specification and brand?
Yes. As an OEM and ODM manufacturer, Eadeco produces to a buyer's own construction, fill weight, stitch pattern, sizing and packaging specification, and handles design, manufacturing and packaging for your brand.
What quality tests does Eadeco run in-house?
Eadeco's quality management laboratory checks tensile and tear strength, pilling and abrasion on Martindale testers, fabric weight, density and dimensional stability, and colourfastness under controlled lighting before production release.
What machinery does Eadeco use?
Eadeco runs TEXPA automated fitted sheet and pillowcase lines from Germany, a FULLY automated flat sheet line, MAMMUT multi-needle quilting from Germany, DNQ high-speed comforter quilting and HMC padding fibre production, plus German Meissner and Korean HMC nonwoven technology.
